Tech Metal, Inc. was created in 2007 after our highly experienced management team became tired of dealing with companies who do not deliver on-time and deliver poor quality work. We have noticed a general trend in the industry - a dwindling skilled technical workforce. So we have decided to use our strengths - experience, precision, speed and skill - to create a technical firm that will fill the gap in the market.

Mark and Zygi, our engineering and manufacturing managers, have over 60 years of experience within the machining and manufacturing fields and were both educated at a renowned European Engineering schools. They have both held several supervisory and managerial positions in many different manufacturing environments.

Tech Metal specializes in multi-axis CNC milling for even most difficult parts and assembly. We have machining experience in the aerospace, automotive, medical, commercial, marine and electronics industries. We have worked with quite a variety of business owners, from small 2 person enterprise, to the likes of NASA, Pratt & Whitney and GE.

We will fabricate a prototype as well as manufacturing production quantities. Tech Metal uses Surfcam and SolidWorks and we accept nearly any CAD or image file format, including CATIA, UG, ProE, SolidWorks, SolidEdge, Inventor and all neutral formats like: Parasolid, SAT, STEP, VDA, PDF, JPG, GIF, TIF, IGES, DXF, DWG, Pro Engineer, STEP and CDL files.

We take quality control and inspection seriously. We have a separate area and we thoroughly inspect every part produced for accuracy. Our reputation is very important to us and we will ensure quality.
